I hate when I am hungry late at night. Seems to always happen when I stay up later on weekends. Then it is a struggle not to eat something. Anything. I try to only drink water. Maybe a beer too. Just so I avoid substantial food I guess liquid is OK.
Problem is I have comfort food in my house. It is in the freezer when I get ice. In the cupboard when next to the sink when I get water. I don’t have to go anywhere. I could just heat it up and eat it. It is faster food then going to the drive-thru.
Somehow I continue to resist. I am not sure how. I need to figure out a way not to be so hungry. Moreover not to be so tempted. I am worried about my willpower.
Because I don’t need the extra weight that is for certain.
